| 1973: Commodity Trading company,
a subsidiary of FUMPA, was established to handle country dealer livestock
operations and fabrication of pet food ingredients. |

| 1983: Long Prairie addition for
tub frozen pet food ingredients. |

| 1988: FUMPA purchased Lang Packing
Company, St. Cloud, MN a major producer of mink feed ingredients. |

| 1991: North Redwood Falls was
added. Providing capacity for fresh chilled products, and fresh chilled
meat blends. Product could be processed in totes or tankers |

| 1992: Pet food addition was made
to Long Prairie operation, Plate freezers for nude block frozen ingredients,
and product storage freezer was added. |

| 1996: New stressed concrete addition
for freeze storage, St. Cloud. |

| 1998: Commercial Dahmes Spray
Dryer was added to Redwood Falls for processing of high quality protein
meals. |

| 1999: New freezer and processing
room added to St. Cloud. |
| |
| 2002: Long Prairie operation expanded.
New freezer addition and 50% increase in product handling capacity. |
