Collection Systems

Midwest Grease offers different sized collection containers which can be set up on casters to accommodate your recycling area. Midwest Grease trucks are set up with high pressure, hot water power washers for cleaning the container area after dumping.

Containment Tanks

Containment Tanks are constructed of heavy gauge stainless steel exterior, free standing and are available in several sizes. Tanks may be plumbed directly to the fryers or used with a caddy system.

Transport Caddies

Transport Caddies are constructed of 100% heavy stainless steel with non-mark castors. Caddies are available in 3 sizes to be compatible with fryer size. A filtration upgrade kit will allow the transport caddy to become an oil filtration machine.
